Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must include all original packaging and accessories, if applicable.

Due to hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used perfumes and fragrance products are not eligible for return, unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
